At the moment, the application is only available in Russian.
The mobile application is connected upon request. If required, please contact your manager. The generic app is not customizable with logo and colors, but is the default Agora app. If customization of the standard application is required, please also contact your manager.
Next, we will consider the capabilities of a standard mobile application.
Step 1. Installing the application

After installing the application, you can proceed to authorization.
Step 2. Home screen/Registration page
At this step, the address of the portal of the type of addressportal.agora.ru is indicated for authorization / registration. When you select the Login tab, further authorization will take place using an already existing username and password. When you select the Registration tab, you can register on the portal if you do not have a login yet.

Working in the application and its sections
All sections of the application and their functionality are described below:
To go to Categories, News, Orders, Promotions, Cart, Featured Products, Complaints, Account, as well as to search the catalog.
To view the registration data and go to the orders and complaints section.
To view a product category. Within the categories, you can see directly the products and their prices. Products from the catalog can be added to Favorites by clicking on the heart symbol, and to the Cart by clicking on the corresponding button.
You can familiarize yourself with information about the product, its properties, add it to your favorites or to the basket.
For acquaintance with the summary or full content of the portal news. You can go to each news by clicking on it.
To view a list of completed orders, or a specific order. To go to the order, you must click on it. It is also possible to repeat the order and create a complaint for the order.

Here you can view the products that have been added to your favorites. You can also remove items from your favorites by clicking on the "heart" symbol again, and add them to the cart by clicking the Add to cart button.
In this section of the application, you can see the products added to the new order. Change the quantity or remove items from the cart and proceed to checkout. If the basket is empty, you will be prompted to go to the Catalog

Created in the complaint section on the main page. When creating, you will need to select an order number. You can also create a complaint by clicking the button in the order card.
