Существует возможность поиска товаров по наименованию и артикулу. В случае необходимости, можно активировать возможность параметризированного (расширенного) поиска для более детальной выборки товаров.

Расширенный поиск доступен при нажатии на кнопку Расширенный поиск, которая находится рядом с строкой поиска товаров:

При расширенном поиске можно фильтровать товары по свойствам, диапазону цен, складам, валютах, наличию товаров и иной логике, настраиваемой в соответствии с используемыми бизнес-процессами.

Активация расширенного поиска

Активация осуществляется в административной панели проекта, доступной по адресу: адрес_проекта.agora.ru/admin 

После авторизации в панели администратора, перейдите в раздел Настройки портала, расположенный в нижней части главной страницы панели администратора:

В настройках портала перейдите в раздел Панель поиска, в котором можно:

  • Отключить панель расширенного поиска / Активировать и скрыть по-умолчанию / Активировать и отображать форму расширенного поиска по-умолчанию.
  • Задать валюту, которая будет использоваться в расширенном поиске по-умолчанию.
  • Добавить/удалить валюты, по которым может осуществляться поиск товаров.
  • Задать минимальную цену, которая будет использоваться в расширенном поиске.
  • Задать максимальную цену, которая будет использоваться в расширенном поиске.

После настройки параметров поиска нажмите кнопку Сохранить, чтобы внесенные изменения вступили в силу. 

Настройка условий фильтрации по свойствам товара

Настройка условий фильтрации по свойствам товара также задается в административной панели проекта. 

Для настройки перейдите в раздел Свойства товаров:

Данный раздел содержит информацию о свойствах реализуемых товаров, загруженные из прайс-листа или системы ведения информации о товарах.

В разделе можно:

  • Просмотреть все значения свойств товара.
  • Добавить новое свойство вручную, нажав на кнопку Добавить свойство товара  в верхней части раздела.
  • Активировать/деактивировать возможность отображения товара в карточке товара или в каталоге.
  • Задать порядок отображения свойств товара, к примеру, если в карточке товара отображается несколько свойств  —  чем большее число задано, тем выше данной свойство будет отображаться в списке свойств.
  • Задать дополнительные свойства товара, которые будут отображаться в разделе Дополнительные свойства.

Настройка расширенного поиска

Для настройки расширенного поиска необходимо нажать на наименование свойства и перейти в его карточку. В открывшемся окне можно: 

  • Изменить наименование свойства товара.
  • Загрузить изображение свойства. 
  • Изменить/указать категорию товаров, к которым будет применяться свойство.
  • Задать группу свойств и единицу измерения.
  • Изменить порядок отображения свойств.
  • Активировать возможность отображения свойств в виде выпадающего списка.
  • Активировать показ свойства в списке всех свойств расширенного поиска. 
  • Добавить свойство товара в список фильтров модификации товара.
  • Активировать возможность исключения отсутствующих товаров из списка свойств. 
  • Отнести свойство товаров к дополнительным свойствам.
    • Активировать/деактивировать отображение свойств товара в карточке товара/каталоге.

    Расширенный поиск позволяет гибко настраивать параметры для наиболее удобного использования каталога. Настраивается индивидуально для каждого проекта.

    Чтобы начать поиск товаров по параметрам, нажмите на Расширенный поиск.

    Возможности расширенного поиска

    Цена — дает возможность совершать поиск товаров по цене. Также можно выбрать валюту поиска.

    Искать через весь каталог — поиск будет производиться во всем каталоге, даже если вы находитесь внутри какой-либо категории. Если вы находитесь в конкретной категории и хотите производить поиск только в ней, оставьте чекбокс пустым.

    Продукт на складе — в поисковой выдаче появятся только товары в наличии.

    Поставщик — поиск по товарам конкретного поставщика.

    Склады — поиск только среди товаров на отдельном складе.

    Ниже следует блок параметров поиска по свойствам товаров. Его вид зависит от настроек конкретного проекта. Есть два вида поиска по свойствам:

    1. Чекбоксы — есть возможность выбрать несколько свойств.
    2. Выпадающее меню — также есть возможность выбрать несколько.

    Activation is carried out in the administrative panel of the project, available at: project_address.agora.ru / admin

    After authorization in the admin panel, go to the Portal Settings section located at the bottom of the admin panel main page:

    In the portal settings, go to the Search bar section, where you can:

    • Disable the advanced search panel / Activate and hide by default / Activate and display the advanced search form by default.
    • Set the currency that will be used in the advanced search by default.
    • Add / remove currencies by which goods can be searched.
    • Set the minimum price to be used in the advanced search.
    • Set the maximum price to be used in the advanced search.

    After setting the search parameters, click the Save button for the changes to take effect.

    Setting filtering conditions by product properties

    Setting filtering conditions by product properties is also specified in the project administrative panel.

    To configure, go to the section Product Properties:

    This section contains information about the properties of the goods sold, downloaded from the price list or the system of maintaining information on goods.

    In the section you can:

    • View all product property values.
    • Manually add a new property by clicking on the Add product property button at the top of the section.
    • Activate / deactivate the ability to display the product in the product card or in the catalog.
    • Set the display order of product properties, for example, if several properties are displayed in the product card - the higher the number is set, the higher this property will be displayed in the property list.
    • Set additional product properties that will be displayed in the Additional properties section.

    Advanced Search Setup

    To configure advanced search, click on the name of the property and go to its card. In the window that opens, you can:

    • Change the name of the product property.
    • Download property image.
    • Change / specify the category of goods to which the property will apply.
    • Define a group of properties and a unit of measure.
    • Change the display order of properties.
    • Activate the ability to display properties in the form of a drop-down list.
    • Activate the display of the property in the list of all advanced search properties.
    • Add a product property to the product modification filter list.
    • Activate the ability to exclude missing products from the list of properties.
    • Assign a product property to additional properties.
    • Activate / deactivate the display of product properties in the product card / catalog.

    Advanced search allows you to flexibly configure settings for the most convenient use of the catalog. It is configured individually for each project.

    To start searching for products by parameters, click on Advanced Search.

    Price — allows you to search for products by price. You can also select the search currency.

    Search in the whole catalog — the search will be performed in the entire directory, even if you are inside a category. If you are in a specific category and want to search only in that category, leave the checkbox empty.

    Product in stock — only items in stock will appear in the search results.

    Supplier — search for products of a specific supplier.

    Warehouses — search only among goods in a separate warehouse.

    Capacidades avançadas de pesquisa

    Preço — permite a busca de mercadorias por preço. Você também pode selecionar a moeda de pesquisa.

    Pesquise em todo o diretório — todo o diretório será pesquisado, mesmo que você esteja dentro de uma categoria. Se você estiver em uma categoria específica e quiser pesquisar apenas nela, deixe a caixa de seleção em branco.

    Produto em estoque — apenas produtos em estoque aparecerão nos resultados da pesquisa.

    Fornecedor — procurar produtos de um determinado fornecedor.

    Armazéns — pesquisar apenas entre as mercadorias em um armazém separado.

    Abaixo está um bloco de parâmetros de pesquisa por propriedades do produto. Sua aparência depende das configurações de um determinado projeto. Existem dois tipos de pesquisas de propriedades:

    1. Caixas de seleção — é possível selecionar várias propriedades.
    2. Menu suspenso — também é possível selecionar vários.
