Placement of an order by an individual

An unregistered user can order goods from the Open Catalog. To do this, go to the URL https://project_address.agora.ru/catalog and add them to the Basket. These can be goods from different suppliers (relevant for projects like the marketplace) and from different warehouses.

To proceed to checkout, the buyer must click on the Basket button.

Fill in the fields on the page that opens. The Phone and Email fields are mandatory; on their basis, an account will be created to track the status of the order.

By default, the shopping basket is set to a purchase by an individual.

After clicking the Place order, a notification will appear on the buyer's screen.

Two emails will be sent to the specified email address. One of them will contain the entire composition of the order and a link to your personal account. If there were goods from different suppliers in the basket, orders for each of them will be automatically generated.

In the second letter, the buyer will receive a link to change the password of the personal account, which is automatically created at the time of order confirmation.

If the user has already been registered earlier under the e-mail specified in the order, but made it without authorization, the order will also be displayed in the personal account.

Placement of an order by a legal entity

To place an order as a legal entity, you must select in the basket after its formation Order as a company.

When you click the Place order button, the legal entity will be redirected to the Authorization/Registration page, because. For legal entities, automatic registration is not provided.

After authorization or registration, the previously created basket will be displayed in the user's personal account.

Setting up an order without authorization in the administrative panel

The project administrator in the Portal Settings Platform settings section can restrict the formation of an order for legal entities and/or individuals.
