Оформление заказа физическим лицомНезарегистрированный пользователь может заказать товары из Открытого каталога. Для этого нужно перейти по URL https://адрес_проекта.agora.ru/catalog и добавить их в Корзину. Это могут быть товары от разных поставщиков (актуально для проектов типа marketplace) и с разных складов.
Чтобы перейти к оформлению заказа, покупатель должен кликнуть по кнопке Корзина.
На открывшейся странице нужно заполнить поля. Обязательными являются поля Телефон и Адрес электронной почты, на их основании будет создан аккаунт для отслеживания статуса заказа.
По умолчанию в корзине выставлена покупка физическим лицом.
После нажатия кнопки Оформить заказ на экране покупателя появится уведомление.
На указанную электронную почту будут отправлены два письма. В одном из них будет весь состав заказа и ссылка на личный кабинет. Если в корзине находились товары от разных поставщиков, автоматически сформируются заказы для каждого из них.
Во втором письме покупатель получит ссылку на смену пароля личного кабинета, который создается в момент подтверждения заказа автоматически.
В случае, если пользователь уже был зарегистрирован ранее под указанной в заказе электронной почте, но совершил его без авторизации, заказ также отобразится в личном кабинете. Оформление заказа юридическим лицомЧтобы оформить заказ как юридическое лицо, необходимо выбрать в корзине после ее формирования Заказать как юр. лицо.
При нажатии кнопки Оформить заказ юридическое лицо будет перенаправлено на страницу Авторизации/Регистрации, т.к. для юридических лиц автоматическая регистрация не предусмотрена.
После авторизации или регистрации созданная ранее корзина будет отображаться в личном кабинете пользователя.
Настройка заказа без авторизации в административной панелиАдминистратор проекта в разделе Настройки портала платформы может ограничить формирование заказа для юридических и/или физических лиц.
Помимо этого, вы можете изменить количество дней, в течение которых будут храниться корзины, оставленные без оформления заказа.
По завершении настроек Сохраните изменения.

Encomendando por um indivíduoUm usuário não registrado pode encomendar produtos do Catálogo Aberto. Para proceder ao checkout, o comprador deve clicar no botão Carrinho.

Fazendo um pedido por uma pessoa jurídicaPara fazer um pedido como pessoa jurídica, você deve selecionar no carrinho após sua formação Ordem como empresa.
Ao clicar no botão Fazer pedido, a pessoa jurídica será redirecionada para a página Autorização/Registro, pois o cadastro automático não está previsto para pessoas jurídicas.
Após autorização ou registro, o carrinho de compras previamente criado será exibido na conta pessoal do usuário.
Criação de um pedido sem autorização no painel administrativoO administrador do projeto na seção Configurações do portalda plataforma pode limitar a formação da ordem para pessoas jurídicas e/ou pessoas físicas.
Além disso, você pode alterar o número de dias durante os quais os carrinhos deixados sem encomenda serão armazenados.
