After authorization in the personal account on the portal, the user sees a warning about the collection of metadata.

When you click on the Privacy Policy button

the page with the standard privacy policy opens:

Clicking the I agree button will hide the metadata collection notification.
The notification will not be shown again to users who have agreed to the Privacy Policy.
