The Call Request widget allows you to send a call request to the portal information center. After receiving this notification, the portal employees will contact the client at the indicated phone number.

This widget is embedded on the catalog page and allows you to receive applications for calls in the manager’s account and by e-mail.

When you click the "Callback" button, the following form opens.

Callback applications are processed in the administrative panel in the "Callback applications" section.

When you open this section, a list of contractor applications is displayed, where you can see which applications have been processed and which have not yet.

To delete applications, select them and from the drop-down list at the bottom of the page select "Delete selected Callback applications."

When you click on any application, the card for this application will open.

To mark the application as processed, mark the “Processed” field in the card and save the application.
