Общее приложение не кастомизируется логотипом и цветовым оформлением, а является приложением Agora по умолчанию.
Если требуется кастомизация стандартного приложения, пожалуйста, также обратитесь к своему менеджеру.


Далее будут рассмотрены возможности стандартного мобильного приложения.

Авторизация в приложении

Шаг 1. Установка приложения

Приложение доступно на платформах iOS и Android.

Скачать и установить его можно по ссылкам:

После установки приложения можно приступать к авторизации.


Шаг 2. Главный экран/Страница регистрации

На этом шаге указывается адрес портала вида адреспортала.agora.ru для авторизации/регистрации. При выборе вкладки Вход будет происходить дальнейшая авторизация по уже существующему логину и паролю. При выборе вкладки Регистрация можно зарегистрироваться на портале, если логина еще нет.



Шаг 3. Страница авторизации

На данном этапе вводятся данные существующего пользователя портала. При необходимости можно сбросить пароль, нажав на гиперссылку Забыли пароль?


Работа в приложении и его разделы

Все разделы приложения и их функционал описаны ниже:

Главная страница

Для перехода в Категории, Новости, Заказы, Акции, Корзину, Избранные товары, Рекламации, Аккаунт, а также же для поиска по каталогу.



Аккаунт

Для просмотра регистрационных данных и перехода в раздел заказов и рекламаций.



Каталог

Для просмотра категории товаров. Внутри категорий можно видеть непосредственно товары и их цену. Из каталога товары можно добавить в Избранное, нажав на символ сердца, и в Корзину, нажав на соответствующую кнопку.



Карточка товара

В ней можно ознакомиться с информацией о товаре, его свойствами, добавить его в избранное или в корзину.



Новости

Для ознакомления с кратким или полным содержанием новостей портала. Перейти можно в каждую новость, нажав на нее.



Заказы

Для просмотра списка оформленных заказов, или конкретного заказа. Для перехода в заказ необходимо нажать на него. Так же доступна возможность повторить заказ и создать рекламацию по заказу.



Акции

Для ознакомления с кратким и полным содержанием акции, а также для перехода к товарам, на которые распространяется акция.



Избранные товары

Здесь можно просмотреть товары, которые были добавлены в избранное. Также можно удалить товары из избранного, повторно нажав на символ "сердце", а также положить в корзину, нажав на кнопку В корзину.



Корзина

В данном разделе приложения можно посмотреть добавленные к новому заказу товары. Изменить количество или удалить товары из корзины и перейти к оформлению заказа. Если корзина пуста, то будет предложено перейти в Каталог



Оформление заказа

Осуществляется после нажатия кнопки Оформить и происходит переадресация на заполнение формы заказа.



Рекламации

Создаются в разделе рекламаций на главной странице. При создании нужно будет выбрать номер заказа. Также можно создать рекламацию, нажав кнопку в карточке заказа.

Application authorization

Step 1. Installing the application

Step 2. Home screen/Registration page

When you select the Registration tab, you can register on the portal if you do not have a login yet.

Agora mobile application is a ready-made tool that does not require additional development and allows you to simplify the sales process.

The Account  section allows you to familiarize yourself with registration data, go to the orders and complaints section

In the Categories section you can view the categories of products, within categories - products and their price.

From the catalog, products can be added to Favorites and to the Cart.

The product card will allow you to get acquainted with the information about the product, its properties, add it to your favorites or to the basket. 

In the News section, you can familiarize yourself with the summary of news or read the entire news by clicking on it.

An application update is released every week, improving it and adding new features.

In the update from 02/05/2020 it was added:

  • Now the application can work with projects using the http protocol.
  • Possibility to choose the contract of the legal entity from which the order will be executed.
  • Display modifications of products, warehouses and consignees.
  • The ability to save the entered authorization data so as not to re-enter it in the event of an exit from the account.

Na seção Categorias, você pode visualizar as categorias de mercadorias, dentro das categorias - produtos e seu preço.


Do catálogo, você pode adicionar produtos aos Favoritos e Carrinho.


O cartão do produto permitirá que você conheça informações sobre o produto, suas propriedades, adicione-o aos seus favoritos ou carrinho.


Na seção Notícias, você pode ler um resumo das notícias ou ler as notícias na íntegra clicando nela.

Na seção Pedidos, você pode conhecer o breve conteúdo da ordem, ou conhecer o pedido na íntegra, clicando nele, também é possível repetir o pedido e criar uma reclamação sobre o pedido.


Na seção Promoções você pode conhecer o breve conteúdo da promoção, conhecer os termos completos da Promoção, bem como ir até os bens a que a promoção se aplica.

Uma atualização do aplicativo é lançada toda semana, melhorando-o e adicionando novos recursos.

Na atualização de 05.02.2020 será adicionado:

  • Agora, o aplicativo pode trabalhar com projetos através do protocolo http.
  • A possibilidade de escolha do contrato da pessoa jurídica a partir da qual será feita a ordem.
  • Exibição de modificações de mercadorias, armazéns e consignados.
  • A capacidade de salvar os dados de autorização inseridos para não reinseri-los em caso de login fora da conta.
