В личном кабинете покупателя есть возможность Запросить договор поставки у поставщика. Для этого в меню личного кабинета необходимо выбрать соответствующий раздел: 

При этом открывается форма, в которой заполняются следующие поля:

• Имя;
• E-mail адрес;
• Телефон.

После заполнения полей достаточно нажать на кнопку Запросить:

После отправки запроса на почту поставщику приходит письмо с темой Новая заявка на договор поставки следующего вида:

Далее поставщик связывается с покупателем по указанным контактным данным в удобной форме: письменно или по телефону.

Na conta pessoal do comprador existe a oportunidade de solicitar um contrato de fornecimento ao fornecedor. Para isso, no menu da sua conta pessoal, selecione a secção apropriada:

Isto abre uma forma em que os seguintes campos são preenchidos:

• Nome
• Endereço de e-mail;
• Telefone, telefone.

Depois de preencher os campos, basta clicar no botão Solicitar:
