When authorizing in a personal account on the portal, the user sees a warning about the collection of metadata. The warning has the following form:

When you click on the Privacy Policy button

the page with the standard privacy policy opens:

If the Project Owner uploaded his own privacy policy in the admin panel:

then when you click on the Privacy Policy button, the downloaded file with the portal owner’s own policy will be opened.

When I click on the button I agree

metadata collection notification will be hidden

The notification will not be shown again to the user who has agreed to the Privacy Policy.
