The Promotional codes section is available in the admin panel:

When you go to the section, you will be able to create a promo code using the Add promo code button:

When creating a promo code, you must specify the following data:

• Discount type (percentage or fixed);
• Promotional code itself;
• Checkbox is Active (is the promo code valid);
• Start date of the promo code;
• End date of the promo code;
• Categories (categories of products for the purchase of which the promotional code will be distributed);
• Products (list of products to which the promo code should apply);
• Amount Value (percentage of discount or amount in default currency).

After creating a promo code, it will be available in the list of promo codes:

At the stage of the shopping cart, the Customer will be able to specify a promotional code in the Promocode field.
